Filling Instructions Forms:

1. URSU Center: Locate the closest Urban Refugee Support Unit (URSU) center in your area.
2. Service/Help Request: Go to the Service/Help Request section at the URSU center.
3. Afghan Card ID: Type your POR (Proof of Registration) or ACC (Afghanistan Citizen Card) number for identification purposes.
4. Mobile/ Contact Number: Enter your Mobile Number. You will be contacted by our representative if necessary
5. Record Your Service/Help Request: Explain your issue clearly and concisely. If you're unable to write, you have the option to record a voice message detailing your Service/Help Request.
6. Print Service/Help Request ID:Upon successful registration of your Service/Help Request, you will be provided with a unique Service/Help Request ID. Make sure to note down this ID as it will be essential for tracking the status of your Service/Help Request.
7. Track Your Service/Help Request: Keep your Service/Help Request ID safe. You can use it to check the status of your Service/Help Request at any time.
